Roy Associates provided complete services, including construction management for a 5,000 square foot shopping center. The scope of work included converting a vacant lot that was previously a gas station into a small retail center from the ground-up. This involved interfacing with the City planning department, city council as well as utility companies and CalTrans. The construction cost was approximately $500,000.
