Smart Modular Technologies

Smart Modular Technologies wanted to relocate their corporate headquarters to a more convenient location. They re-hired Roy Associates to help them create a facility that would be efficient and offer a client friendly service. In order to have the minimum amount of down time for the manufacturing area, we did the design in two phases. In Phase I we provided construction documents for the manufacturing area and in Phase II we provided construction documents for the offices and other support areas. This is an 80,000 square foot facility that has both manufacturing with engineering and administrative offices. The design and construction was completed within Smart Modular's ambitious timeline of 2 months. The construction cost was approximately $1.5 million.
